Post Your Project
Create a new project or job that includes a description, skills needed, timeline, budget and more. Optionally, you can review Freelancer profiles and invite specific candidates to propose on your project.
Receive Proposals
The best fit talent will automatically be notified about your job or position. Candidates will submit their profile or proposal for your review. You’ll be notified by email.
Choose Your Candidate
Review candidates based on rating & reviews, portfolio, experience, proposal and education, then shortlist the best candidates and set up interviews. When you’re ready, hire the candidate of your choice.
Pay and Close
Set up project milestones and only release funds after you’ve approved the deliverable if paying through the site or arrange external payment. Once the work is complete, simply close the project.
